Meet Sarah, the mastermind behind many of Inkpot’s affairs and the Crochet Corner columnist for Inkpot!
She’s a 14-year-old in 9th grade, and she prefers STEM subjects to liberal arts. Her column this year will focus on crocheting, where she’ll be “explaining crochet stitches and patterns to the best of her ability.” As you may have guessed, crocheting’s one of her hobbies, as is reading, and writing for Inkpot! She’s also currently “trying to learn to play the ukulele and probably failing.”
An ESTP, Sarah loves to laugh and is a fan of milk chocolate, both tea and coffee, dragons, dogs, and cats. Her favorite authors include J. R. R. Tolkien, C. S. Lewis, and Andrew Peterson, and she likes to think she’s similar to Tonks from the Harry Potter series. If she could choose a superpower, it would be teleportation. Her favorite Bible verse is Psalm 112:4 -- “Light dawns in the darkness for the upright; he is gracious, merciful, and righteous.”
Look out for Sarah’s column, Crochet Corner, in an upcoming issue of Inkpot!
